Biography
Rev. M. G. R. Morris. Author of at least two letters in the archive: one dated 22 November 1984 and another December 1985. His November 1984 letter provides key information about the Davis/Lomax family and their connection to the Exleys in New Zealand, including the marriage of Esther Lomax (b.1856) to Albert Edwin Exley (1852-1918).
His relationship to the Exley family is unclear — he may have been a local clergyman with access to parish records, or a family connection through the Lomax/Davis line.
